If you have a question that you don't see answered here, feel free to reach out and ask me! I'd be happy to help.

  • I try my best to get orders to you as fast as possible. Processing time is officially 1-2 weeks, but if you've ordered from me before, you know that it can be as fast as the same day. It just depends based on the shipping supplies I have in stock, my schedule, and when the post office is open.

  • Please triple check your address (including making sure you've listed your apartment number if applicable). I will no longer be refunding orders or paying for reshipment when they are mailed to the incorrect address.

  • I offer free shipping on originals, and purchase the fastest shipping I am able to afford for each item. That being said, if you need something by a certain date, reach out to me (as soon as possible, since I often ship quickly!), and I can provide you with expedited shipping at an additional cost.

  • I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after you make your purchase.

  • Where should I keep my new art?  I recommend storing all art (including prints) out of direct sunlight, as well as away from rooms subject to excess moisture (such as bathrooms, above kitchen sinks, etc.). However, it's yours to put wherever you want! Keeping those things in mind will just add to the lifespan of your new piece.

  • How should I display my new art? For pieces painted on a rigid panel, canvas board, stretched canvas, or piece of wood,  you have several options. I varnish all of my pieces, so they are protected even without glass. This means you can lean them against the wall on top of a shelf or desk, hang them on nails if the back of the piece accommodates this (I don't recommend Command hooks), or you can display them with my personal favorite: floater frames. These are frames without glass that allow you to frame and hang work that is thicker than a piece of paper. Additionally, of course, you can also take the work to a framing store and see what other options you may have.

  • How accurate are the colors in the pictures compared to the actual pieces? I try to get them as close as possible! I photograph my work with a mirrorless camera and upload high resolution photos. However, due to the nature of computer screens, the image you see is never going to exactly match--although I do my best to make sure that difference is as small as possible!

  • Is there a hair in my painting? Sort of! Brushes shed naturally over time--some more than others, depending on the brand and material. I use brushes that are made of both natural and synthetic fibers (the latter of which has a tendency to shed more). Often they dry into an under-layer of the painting, or shed from my varnish brush. Sometimes I remove them, but sometimes I leave them because I think they add to the painterly look, just like brush strokes or thick paint!
